P R I C I N G   &   M I N I M U M S

  • MOQ is 1 piece

We obtain the right to deny or deactivate accounts if we find a customer is in violation of our policies.

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order pricing will be honored.


  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
  • All in-stock products ship within 1 - 5 business days.  Allow longer shipping times during high volume seasonal times.
  • Pre-order processing times will vary but can take from 2 - 10 weeks. 
  • Processing times for personalized items can take up to an extra 7 days.
  • Orders received after 5PM EST are considered next business day purchases.
  • All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS & USPS, unless otherwise arranged by you; shipping is flat rate
  • Our shipping charges include a small fee to cover shipping supplies and handling costs.
  • An order may only be shipped to one location.
  • We currently ship within the U.S., Canada and some European countries.

    • We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • We will usually respond to you within 24 business hours to resolve any issues or to answer any questions you have! During the weekends, answer times may be delayed. 
    • Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 6 pm.

    • On our website! You can shop for products, view inventory availability, and place orders directly. You can also send us an email with all necessary information for us to complete an invoice (size, color, address, product name etc)

    We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), Venmo and PayPal.

    Coupon/discount codes will be available via social media or automatically honored for designated purchases.

    R E T U R N S 

    - Boutique Items

    • Item must be in original condition
      • Items cannot be washed or worn, and must be in it's original packaging. 
      • Items sent back that have been washed or worn will not be accepted, and will be shipped back at the customer's expense. If the customer does not pay return shipping, the item will be donated. 
    • All refunds are issued back to the original payment method or store credit.
    • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

    D A M A G E S   &   D E F E C T S

    Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival if you find an item is defective or damaged submit a return request from our "returns" page within 7 days of receipt. Returned defective/damaged merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise if available. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
